With the 1896 series, Due Cigni presents a particularly high-quality kitchen knife series, the crowning achievement in the product range of the manufacturer based in the traditional knife city of Maniago. The hard-wearing white POM handles give the knives an excellent grip, while the classic rivets perfect the balance of visual appeal and touch. The blades of the carving knife are made from tried and tested X50CrMoV15 offering a perfect combination of edge retention and corrosion resistance.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
