The A-Klub is a sturdy Kukri with a blade of heat-treated 1095 carbon steel. It is the first TOPS knife designed by a woman. Amanda Kaye, best known for her TV appearances in US survival shows, has learned survival skills from Native Americans when she was very young. Since then, she has been passionate about hunting and spends a lot of time out in the wild. The recursive blade with a saber grind widens into a Tanto-style tip, preserving the functional elements of the front-heavy Nepalese Kukri. The handle consists of green Micarta widening on the butt, making the knife secure to handle even for heavy-duty tasks. The flexible leather loop of the fitted Kydex sheath prevents the knife from tangling in high grass or thick bushes.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

One Life - One Knife – this is the credo of the famous knife company TOPS from Idaho, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Their knives are tools, designed and built using the extensive knowledge and real life experiences of many Operators with backgrounds in Military, Law Enforcement, outdoor professions, and Martial Arts. Each model is going to be field tested for six month, before it becomes part of the TOPS line up.

All knives are 1095 High Carbon steel with a special Traction Coating, to prevent the blade from corroding even after a seven day being in salt fog. Because of their strength and reliability many different armed forces appreciate TOPS knives for their missions. Every model is made in the US.
