The tradition-steeped Maserin knife workshops in Maniago (Italy) have designed a compact version of the normally weighty Champaign saber. The handy design was specifically designed for use by sommeliers, and is shipped with a leather sheath to be carried along. The dulled blade is made from 420 stainless steel and boasts an elegant grind pattern on both sides. The grip scales are made from premium violetta wood and are fastened to the blade tang with steel rivets. Shipped with decorative, dark red tassel on the pommel, including user manual and authenticity certificate.
