The new Skinner signed by Ken Onion is the result of a five year conception phase with extensive test of numerous prototypes of the knife by hunters from Alaska whose feedback has constantly been taken into consideration in form of modifications of the design. The hand contoured Micarta handle with mosaic pins, the distinct handguard and the deep finger grooves is comfortably rounded off and does not have any protruding angles or edges. This ensures a secure and comfortable handling of the knife. The front straight third of the edge and the other curved parts result in a perfect combination of a hunting and a camping knife. The hollow grind of the mirror-polished blade provides outstanding cutting properties. Blade material is Böhler K110 stainless steel, Rockwell hardness: 58-60 HRC. Full tang blade. Delivered with high-quality leather sheath and lanyard. Zytel-based handle with soft grip-enhanced outer structure made of TPR. Includes lanyard.
