If your knife should be resharpened, repaired or a complaint should occur, please observe the following points:
- Böker Solingen grants lifetime guarantee on material and workmanship. If any problems should occur with your knife, please contact us. We will be glad to help you.
- All other products are liable to the implied warranty of 24 months. Naturally sharpening and repair services are available beyond the warranty. Should your knife be damaged or worked over please feel free to contact us.
- Not prepaid parcels will not be accepted. In case of complaints, please note your shipping cost on your letter for later refunding. As an alternative we can have the parcel fetched by UPS, if someone is at the pickup address during the day.
- Please specify your daytime phone number in case of further queries as this will considerably shorten handling time.
- We will regrind and sharpen Böker Ceramic knives free of charge. You only have to pay reshipment. Ceramic knives of other brands can be sent in for grinding too. We will carge between 24 EUR and 35 EUR, depending on the effort needed.
- Your new knives from Boker, Boker Plus or Magnum are covered by Boker's limited lifetime warranty on material and workmanship to the original owner. We highly recommend you register your knife at https://www.boker.de/en/garantieregistrierung.html to assist us in establishing original ownership.
