chrome-molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel, are ideally balanced and provide perfect handling due to the ergonomic grip design. Three stainless steel rivets provide a permanent, gap-free attachment of the premium maple handle scales to the full-tang knife blade. The blade design together with the transition to the heel permits trouble-free resharpening, and in combination with the proper care (the knives should only be cleaned by hand and are not dishwasher safe) will ensure ideal longevity and functionality of the knives.
