The Boker Paua straight razor in the popular 5/8 inch size is a real eye-catcher and combines an unusual look with traditional craftsmanship. Paua are shellfish from the genus of abalone, but unlike abalones they are only found in the untouched nature of the coastal waters of New Zealand. They have served the Maori for many centuries as traditional body ornaments and are still used today as decorations for figures, weapons and meeting houses. The impressive handle scales are absolutely unique in colour and pattern. The blade with a French head is extra-hollow ground with a ridge and of course also bears the historic engraving that was once used for particularly fancy Boker razors. Thanks to the serrations on both sides, the perfectly balanced knife always offers a secure grip. With an authentic Boker stamp in the blade, a certificate of authenticity and historical packaging. Handmade in the Boker knife manufactory in Solingen .

Our updated shaving accessory set makes the selection easier and offers optimal conditions for a good start in this exciting subject. The shaving set includes the Classic Black shaving brush, camellia oil, the Boker hanging strap and the Tallowate Tobacco shaving soap.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
