This series addresses the many customer requests for a traditional tanto that many collectors wanted to complete their collection. A tanto was typically carried in combination with a katana. All tantos in this series are shipped with a traditional wooden sheath and a fabric bag for storage or safe transportation. The hilt of the Silver Dragon has a genuine ray skin underlay and a traditional wrapping. The menuki and the two mekugis are marks of high quality. The blade is made from non-stainless classic carbon steel and features a decorative grind that boasts an indicated hamon (hardening line). The silver dragon is a particularly decorative embellishment of the refined tanto blade. The stainless steel tsuba prevents slipping onto the blade.

Warning and safety information:
