Boker Tree Brand - many of our customers still wonder where the company name comes from. A mighty chestnut tree dominated the first Boker factory in the 19th century. Back in those times, illiteracy was widespread. The Boker founding fathers chose the tree as a distinctive, symbolic logo to identify their unique, quality products and set them apart from the competition. To this day, the Boker tree still stands as a quality seal for the superior cutlery from the Boker knife manufactory.
The Boker Casa series takes Boker back to its roots. The handles, made of chestnut wood, represent the soul of the company, and the classic design of this series goes far back in Solingen tradition. The blades show a fine matte sheen, and are made from the finest Solingen chromium-molybdenum steel, which is ice-tempered and therefore characterized by particularly high edge retention and corrosion resistance. The very thin, flat grinding of the blades ensures superior cutting performance - allowing the juice to stay in the meat. Don't lose your flavor on the cutting board!
Treat yourself to something special, and enjoy the incredible cutting experience Boker Casa brings to the kitchen. Each knife is delivered in an attractive gift box with a certificate of authenticity.
