With the Bushcraft Axe from the Bushcraft Set, Karesuando offers a variant of the extremely popular Unna Aksu, which has been modified in some points to do a even better job in Bushcraft. The handle is made of red beech wood, which has a very high firmness and also better endures shock loads during chopping. In addition, the handle was deliberately provided with a rougher surface in order to increase grip. The head of the axe has a modified grinding, which is also primarily designed for chopping. The dark brown leather sheath protects the stainless axe head during transport. The handle end is made of moose bone.

A first-class pocket knife like the Singi by Karesuando accompanies you for a lifetime. The blade is made of Sandvik 12C27 and hardened to 58 HRC. It has an easy-to-operate lock based on the Linerlock, but very easy and comfortable to operate via the push button. The scales are made of Nordic curly birchwood, which grows very slowly far beyond the Arctic Circle and far exceeds the density and stability of Central European birch wood. A special feature is the pendant made of leather strap and reindeer horn.

Karesuando is a town in Lapland in the far north of Sweden. Located directly on the banks of the river Kaaresuvanto, which marks the border with Finland. In Karesuando, 250 km north of the Arctic Circle in the land of the elks, the reindeer, the midnight sun and the polar light, nordic knives are handmade according to old tradition. Karesuando has been a manufacturer since 1975 and since then has produced over one million blades. Only natural, traditional materials are used, such as oiled grains and reindeer horn as handle material, as well as selected cowhide for the sheaths.
