1896 Walnut Peeling Knife

With the 1896 series, Due Cigni presents a particularly high-quality kitchen knife series that crowns the assortment of the manufacturer from the traditional knife town Maniago. The knives lie perfectly in the hand with their finely grained walnut wood handles, whereby the classic riveting perfects the optical and haptic balance. For the blades, the proven X50CrMoV15 is used, which perfectly combines cutting durability and corrosion resistance.

The Peeling Knife is particularly handy and has a short blade. All smaller works in the kitchen are carried out with this Knife. The main task, as the name implies, is the paring of fruit and vegetables. It is perfectly suited for cutting along the skin.

Warning and safety information:
