Shaped by the unruly forces of nature; shaped by the rough coastal rocks of the Bay of Biscay - the Boker Biscaya Damascus Chef's Knife bundles the power of the elements into an unparalleled performance in the kitchen. Equipped with a naturally powerful handle made of stabilized root wood and a powerful blade made of damask, the chef's knife is not only a coveted collector's item, but also the reliable rock in the surf for all cutting tasks in cooking. The hand-forged, stainless steel Wild Damascus blade not only impresses with its high toughness and hardness (60 HRC), but also underscores the merciless conditions on the cliff with its stormy structure. The forged split piece of 150 layers of damascus is heated to red heat here in Solingen, Germany, and then drop-forged into its beautiful shape by a two-ton drop hammer.

The handle of the Boker Biscaya Damascus Chef's Knife is in no way inferior to the blade, both visually and functionally. The tremendous depth effect and striking pattern are reminiscent of the rugged rock formations on the Bay of Biscay. This unique texture is created during stabilization, an elaborate process in which epoxy resin penetrates the chestnut root wood under high pressure, making the surface harder and smoother. Limited to only 25 pieces worldwide, the chef's knife is delivered with an individual serial number in a leather-covered gift box and certificate of authenticity. Handmade in the Boker knife manufactory Solingen.

The chef's knife, or chef's knife, is one of the most important knives in the kitchen and is part of the basic equipment. It has a slightly wider and longer blade than the all-purpose knife. The slender tip is excellent for cutting onions or small vegetables. Thanks to its length, it can also be used as a meat knife. Even large vegetables can be processed with it without any problems.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
