The Carbon - WE40 Precision Knife Sharpener is the perfect choice for those looking for a lightweight, simple sharpening system that delivers incredibly sharp results. Whether you store it in your workshop or in a kitchen cabinet, the Carbon is always ready to take your blades to a new level of sharpness. The standard 200/600 grit diamond stones last an average of 300 sharpening cycles, leaving your blades with an impressive working edge. The sharpener can be secured to any flat surface with a C-clamp or directly mounted using the 4 pre-drilled holes in the base. With its compact design and light weight, it is ideal for easy storage or travel. The Carbon - WE40 is also designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA. The package includes two 200/600 grit diamond stones, an injection-molded glass-filled nylon base, a standard vise with Type-2 anodization, 22.2 cm long stainless steel guide rods with shields, a depth stop in 3 sizes, a 3.2 mm Allen wrench, an alignment guide, and a practice knife (the knife shown in the images is not included). The sharpener is capable of sharpening blades up to 38 cm in length, with an angle range from 13 to 31 degrees per side (26 to 62 degrees inclusive). The angle markings are provided in 1-degree increments and calibrated so that the blade sits 1.5 cm above the top of the vise. It can clamp blades up to 6 mm thick. With guide rods measuring 22.2 cm in length and weighing only 907 g, the Carbon - WE40 is the ideal sharpener for precise craftsmen and home chefs. It also comes with a detailed YouTube guide and a lifetime warranty.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
