Knife maker Austin McGlaun from the US state of Minnesota takes the very unique view that a knife does not necessarily have to be aesthetically pleasing. As long as uncompromising functionality is guaranteed, he considers a design to be perfect. Nevertheless, he has achieved a great success with the Clever Girl. The handling is geared towards instinct-based action in emergency situations where there is no time for long strategies. The powder-coated SK-5 carbon steel blade with a partial serrated edge can be guided very safely thanks to the slight offset with the index finger recess, and the blue, textured G10 handle supports safe handling in stressful situations. Supplied with a precisely fitting plastic sheath that allows various carrying options.
