The Kizer Drop Bear Zero is a modern, precision-built EDC folding knife designed by Azo with a clear focus on functionality, durability, and clean contemporary design. The drop point blade is made from premium Elmax steel, well known for its excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and toughness. A matte DLC Ultra coating gives the blade a sleek dark appearance, minimizes reflections, and provides reliable protection against wear.
The hollow ground blade delivers excellent cutting performance and precise control, making the knife well suited for detailed tasks. Deployment is smooth and reliable thanks to the dual thumb stud, allowing quick and confident one-handed operation. The blade is securely locked in place by a button liner lock, ensuring safe and intuitive handling during use.
The dark gray aluminum handle combines low weight with high strength and an ergonomic shape. It sits comfortably and securely in the hand and performs equally well for everyday carry and more demanding cutting tasks. With a blade hardness of 60–62 HRC, the Drop Bear Zero clearly reflects its performance-driven design and stands out as a dependable tool for discerning users.
Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
