Since 31st October 2024, there has been a general ban on the handling and possession of automatic knives of all kinds in Germany. They are now prohibited objects and the possession thereof is a criminal offence. The possession of certain automatic knives is prohibited in accordance with Annex 2 to the German Weapons law, Section 1, Number 1.4.1, and only permitted to persons who have a legitimate interest necessitating one-handed use (such as due to the loss of an arm or a missing or dysfunctional hand), or use them in connection with professional activities (e.g. hunting, crafts) or sports (e.g. sailing or mountaineering). The same applies to commercial dealers or manufacturers of such knives. Consequently, the sale is limited only to authorized individuals. Please verify before placing an order whether you possess such a legitimate interest.

The Heckler & Koch FD01 and FD02 are uncompromising automatic folders built for serious tactical use. Purpose-driven and rugged, these no-nonsense knives deliver proven performance you can trust.

The fast, reliable automatic action features side blade deployment powered by a coil spring and secured by a robust button lock. This proven mechanism—tested hundreds of thousands of times across the Kalashnikov and Boker Plus switchblade platforms—is further reinforced by a side-mounted slide safety for confident, secure handling.

Black-coated D2 steel blades provide excellent edge retention and durability, while steel liners paired with fiber-reinforced nylon (FRN) handles ensure strength without unnecessary weight. The distinctive grip texture mirrors that found on Heckler & Koch military and law enforcement pistols, offering secure control in any condition.

Both models include a pocket and belt clip for right-side, tip-up carry and are available in two blade shapes to suit different mission requirements.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Ein schönes Messer von sehr guter Qualität.

Optisch ein tolles Messer, es liegt sehr gut in der Hand.
Der Griff ist sehr schick und macht einen stabilen Eindruck.
Das Messer fühlt sich leicht.und gut ausgewogen an.
Der Druckknopf mit Sicherung funktioniert einwandfrei. Kann dieses Messer nur empfehlen!
