Breathtaking colors, unprecedented biodiversity and a wonder that only nature is capable of creating. With a total area of 347,800 km², the Great Barrier Reef off the coast of Australia forms the largest continuous coral reef on earth and enchants the senses with its unique beauty. Boker takes knife lovers on an exotic journey and presents with the Great Barrier Damascus an extraordinary chef's knife, which is inherent in the magic of nature. The amboina wood handle has been stabilized with epoxy resin, creating an impressive depth effect reminiscent of the deep blue waters and colorful wildlife of the Great Barrier Reef. The hand-forged, stainless steel Wild Damascus blade not only impresses with its high toughness and hardness (60 HRC), but also continues the harmony of the kitchen knife with its implied wave pattern. The forged split piece of 150 layers of damascus is heated to red heat by us in Solingen and then hammered into its beautiful shape by a two-ton drop hammer. Limited to only 20 pieces worldwide, the chef's knife is delivered with an individual serial number in a leather-covered gift box and certificate of authenticity. Handmade in the Boker knife manufactory Solingen. The chef's knife, or chef's knife, is one of the most important knives in the kitchen and is part of the basic equipment. It has a slightly wider and longer blade than the all-purpose knife. The slender tip is excellent for cutting onions or small vegetables. Thanks to its length, it can also be used as a meat knife. Even large vegetables can be processed with it without any problems.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
