The Kizer Hornet 14C28N PEI PVD is a compact fixed blade knife designed for everyday carry, combining durable materials with a distinctive modern design. Designed by Evgeniy Bulychev, it offers practical performance in a lightweight format.
The sheepsfoot blade made from 14C28N stainless steel with a black PVD coating and stonewashed finish provides a balanced combination of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. Its flat grind ensures efficient and precise cutting performance.
The knife features a full‑tang construction, delivering enhanced strength and structural reliability.
The handle is made from semi‑transparent PEI, allowing the skeletonized structure of the full tang to remain visible. This design creates a unique technical appearance while maintaining lightweight ergonomics.
A durable polymer sheath with clip is included for secure and practical carry.
With its combination of 14C28N blade steel, full‑tang construction, and Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
