The Viper Katla was named after one of the most active volcanoes in Iceland. So it was only logical that award-winning Scandinavian designer, Jesper Voxnaes, embraced the concept and designed a gritty knife with high functionality. The drop point M390 steel blade is high-strength and ideal for difficult tasks. The high-quality, titanium handle sits perfectly in the hand and has a sturdy lanyard hole. The practical flipper or classic thumb stud can be used to open the pocket knife. The secure linerlock tames the fiery spirit of the Viper Katla. The metal clip on the back allows pocket attachment.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Viper from Maniago in Italy is famous for its Gentleman pocket knives made from the best materials, surprises also with a range of tactical folders, combat and hunting knives. A combination of traditional handwork up to the highest and latest CNC techniques. Viper offers a big variety on special skills in using different kinds of materials such as the advanced editing of carbon as handle scales. We from Boker were very impressed by the synthesis of the harmonic tradition and high tech. The company has been growing for 140 years now.
