The Kodiak from Muela has been one of the Spanish manufacturer's most popular knives for years and has become a constant companion for many hunters. The knife is made from a single piece of steel and is therefore also ideal for robust work, the full strength continuous blade gives the knife exceptional stability. Muela uses scales made of genuine ram's horn, attached nickel silver bolsters and a lanyard hole to complete the noble features of the handle. The matching leather sheath is secured with a snap fastener.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Muela

For 60 years, Muela from Spain has been one of the leading European producers of classical hunting knives. The family business, founded by Eladio Muela in 1952, is today run under the cooperation of all its 5 children. Since its beginnings in the first small workshop, Muela has developed into a high-tech manufacturer with an annual production of some 350,000 knives. Despite modern computer-assisted production, however, manual work is still being promoted today. Above all, the elaborate processing of Stag, a specialty of Muela, is not possible by machine. This requires the many years of experience of the experts, who prepare and assemble the knife handles and the handle by hand. All production steps are carried out at Muela, even the production of high-quality leather is done in-house.
