The high-quality Laguiole steak knives are manufactured by the Goyon-Chazeau Manufactory near Thiers, a town in Auvergne, France, which has been famous for over 500 years for its cutlery. Originally inspired by folding knives from Andalusia, the elegant knives with the famous bee, the Napoleonic heraldic animal, have been made there for generations in various forms. The finest restaurants serve steaks with original Laguiole knives. The slender blade and elegant lines have made the knives world-famous. The razor-sharp blades are made of hardened X46Cr13 stainless steel and combined with handmade handle scales made of finest Kingwood.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
