The design of the Boker Plus Nano forges ahead on completely new ground, and David Curtiss won us over with his design at first glance. The Nano shows very clearly that size and usability are not directly related. The ingenious ergonomics allow the Nano to lie excellently in the hand despite its small size of just 12.1 cm (opened), offering a stellar grip with a variety of smaller and larger cutting tasks in everyday life. The slip resistance is reinforced by the structure of the Zytel casing. The bulbous blade is made of 440C and makes comfortable operation possible with its large opening. The clip is a special feature: David Curtiss, who is the head of a company for water jet cutting technology, is creating the same filigree-cut custom clip design for our series knives that his custom knives also include. Steel handle with Zytel front casing and a black casing. Locks with a frame lock. Convertible clip (Tip-up/Tip-down).

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

David Curtiss

David Curtiss from Indiana produced individual parts for different Knife Makers from all over the country in the past. In 2008 he finally founded Curtiss Knives together with his wife to design and manufacture own knives. Pocketknives have been manufactured in Granger since then under the motto „Built to be used. Built to work. Built to last“. His designs are primarily intended for daily use, they are practical and extremely solid.

Boker Plus knives are innovative in terms of function and design, as well as guaranteed for everyday use. Conception, design and construction are carried out in Solingen, and production takes place in Europe, the USA and Asia.
