The Boker Plus Nori is another elegant gentleman's knife designed by the Japanese knifemaker Kansei Matsuno. The slim build and lightweight construction of the Wasabi were combined with the practical front flipper and sturdy linerlock of the LRF. The VG-10 blade on ball bearings has a particularly fine lengthwise satinized finish. The handle scales are made from modern carbon fiber mounted on stainless liners. The clean design and classic Japanese blade make the Nori an ideal knife for everyday use. With a lanyard hole, milled clip (tip-up) and high-quality nylon case for storage.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Das perfekte Gentlemanmesser

Dieses Messer besticht durch unaufdringliche Eleganz, es ist kompakt genug um rein optisch absolut unbedrohlich zu wirken, hat aber gerade genug Masse um auch in etwas größeren Männerhänden noch sicher geführt werden zu können. Der Flipper-Mechanismus läuft butterweich und macht das öffnen zu einem Kinderspiel, die Linerlock Verriegelung wirkt stabil genug um dem Messer auch guten Gewissens etwas mehr Druck zuzumuten. In meinen Augen das perfekte Messer für den Gentleman von heute, der das „man“ in Gentleman noch nicht vergessen hat.

Kansei Matsuno

The Japanese Knife Maker Kansei Matsuno is a master of his craft, and his designs undoubtedly have their own style. He has been making Knives since 1992 and exhibited his designs for the first time at the Seki Outdoor Knife Show just one year later. The skillful combination of Japanese style elements with the features of modern Pocketknives convinced us right away.
