The Para Military 2 Lightweight CPM 15V Brown FRN Sprint Run is an exclusive limited-edition version of one of Spyderco’s most iconic and trusted folding knives. This Sprint Run pairs the lightweight, mission-ready design of the Para Military 2 Lightweight with one of the most advanced tool steels ever used in regular production knives.
The CPM 15V blade is full-flat-ground and delivers exceptional cutting performance with outstanding wear resistance. Its extremely high vanadium content creates an unusually stable and long-lasting edge, maintaining sharpness even under demanding use and clearly positioning this knife in the premium performance category.
The injection-molded brown FRN handle features Spyderco’s proven Bi-Directional Texture pattern, ensuring a secure grip even in wet conditions or when wearing gloves. A streamlined Compression Lock provides reliable blade lockup while keeping overall weight to a minimum. Completing the design is a reversible deep-pocket wire clip, supporting discreet tip-up carry and perfectly matching the knife’s refined Sprint Run character.
Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Spyderco
In 1981 Sal Glesser and his wife Gail revolutionized the knife industry. In the small town of Golden, not far from Colorado's capital Denver, they founded the now world-famous knife brand Spyderco. Today, Spyderco is still a true pioneer, constantly developing and testing new materials and mechanisms. Over the years, Spyderco has been able to make a name for itself worldwide as an innovative manufacturer of high-quality pocket knives and fixed knives and is now a supplier to numerous police and military forces around the world. For the precise production of the knives, modern high-quality materials are used. Low manufacturing tolerances and high demands on their own work thus inevitably lead to absolutely reliable and practical knives that will not be compromised even under tough conditions.
