The Eickhorn PRT VIII LEO one-hand version is a professional rescue knife built for law enforcement, military, and security use. It combines innovative functionality with proven reliability for demanding operational environments.

A key feature is the integrated disposable handcuff cutter. A lever mechanism in the handle spine guides plastic restraints onto a protected, replaceable blade, enabling safe and controlled cutting without deploying the main blade.

The blade is crafted from Eickhorn Professional Plus steel, delivering excellent durability and edge retention. The thumb disc allows smooth one-handed opening for quick readiness in critical situations.

Its rugged design ensures dependable handling even under harsh conditions. Multiple configuration options and customization possibilities make it adaptable to individual needs.

Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
