The Spartan Blades Ronin Torii Red & Black is a premium fixed blade knife developed through the collaboration between Spartan Blades and renowned trainer Tu Lam of Ronin Tactics. Inspired by the legacy of the Green Berets who served at Torii Station in Okinawa, Japan, and the respected C-1-1 CIF unit, the Torii combines historical significance with modern performance. Designed as a dependable tool for professional use, training, and outdoor applications, it delivers durability, functionality, and refined craftsmanship in a purpose-driven package.
At the core of the Torii is a fixed trailing-point blade crafted from premium D2 tool steel, offering an outstanding balance of edge retention, toughness, and wear resistance. Hardened to 58–60 HRC, the blade is built to handle demanding cutting tasks with long-lasting performance. The durable black powder-coated finish enhances protection from environmental exposure while providing a clean, low-profile appearance. Its trailing-point blade geometry supports precise cutting control and versatile utility.
The knife features a robust full tang construction, maximizing strength and reliability throughout the entire structure. Ergonomic red and black G10 handle scales provide a secure, non-slip grip and excellent handling comfort. The contoured handle design promotes confident control in a wide range of working conditions while maintaining a balanced feel in hand.
Included with the Torii is a durable injection-molded black plastic sheath designed for secure retention and practical carry. The sheath comes equipped with two MOLLE and belt attachment options, allowing flexible integration with gear, packs, or belts. Combining premium D2 steel, full tang construction, ergonomic G10 scales, and a versatile carry system, the Spartan-Ronin Torii honors a notable military heritage while delivering dependable performance for demanding users.
Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
