Cooking with friends and family is becoming more and more popular. In the kitchen or outdoors, cooking and eating together is a defining moment of community. The compact, shortened kitchen knife ChefYouGo by Boker Plus is perfect for use outside of your own kitchen. Jesper Voxnæs reduced the classic knife format to the essentials, shortening the handle in particular. The blade made from high-quality 440C is also noticeably shorter compared to classic kitchen knives. The SanYouGo was made from the essence of a Santoku. The blade of the compact and flexible model is finely satinized, while the handle scales consist of Green Canvas Micart. Comes in a leather case.

The classic Santoku grip, in which thumb and index finger are placed quite far out on the blade, is perfect for the short handle that curves into the palm and is held by the middle and ring finger. This gives you excellent cutting control.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Kleines Kochmesser für unterwegs aber auch zu Hause. Gut zu greifen, führig und trotzdem eine große Klinge. Sehr praktisch. Auch ein schönes Geschenk für Hobbyköche
