The Boker Plus Schanz Integral Dagger designed by the German Jürgen Schanz convinces with absolute robustness. The blade, tang and parry element are forged from a single piece of 440C and are therefore unbeatable in terms of stability. The green Canvas-Micarta handle scales give a secure hold and a hand flattering feel due to their contouring. The blade surface of the double-edged blade is finely blasted. Supplied with high-quality leather sheath.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Das Messer ist wirklich eine Augenweide. Griff, also die Haptik, ist m.E. gelungen, genau wie die gesamte Optik sehr gut gefällt. Die Scheide ist weniger praktisch, von daher auch die 9 Punkte (das Messer selbst hat 15 Punkte verdient :-)

Ein Traum

Das Integral ist ein echter Könner. Sauber verarbeitet, Ordentlich Gewicht was mir gefällt, leider finde ich den Micarta Griff nicht sehr "griffig", mir zu glatt, dennoch sehr schön. Das der Griff nicht ergonomisch ist war mir klar beim Kauf.
Was mich aber doch stört ist diese Lederscheide die m.M. überhaupt nicht dem Dagger gerecht wird, zu globig, viel zu groß und die Gürtelschlaufe viel zu weit oben angebracht, das baumelt nur und man kann es nicht mal fixieren mit einer Schnur oder ähnliches. Wer es nur Zuhause hat, lässt es auch kaum nur in dieser Scheide stecken, da man seine Schönheit nicht vermutet in diesem Teil^^. Ich bin noch auf der Suche nach etwas adäquatem für mein Schanz Dagger...!

Jürgen Schanz

At the age of 18, Jürgen Schanz began his apprenticeship as a Knifesmith, by now he is not only member and foreman of the German Knife Makers Guild, but is also known world-wide. In close cooperation with renowned international designers we develop and test modern utility knives and gentleman pocket knives with a stylish appearance as well as functional tactical knives for the professional user. Boker Plus knives are innovative in terms of function and design, as well as guaranteed for everyday use. Conception, design and construction are carried out in Solingen, and production takes place in Europe, the USA and Asia.
