The Spyderco Smock CPM REX 121 Sprint Run combines innovative design, cutting-edge blade steel technology, and extraordinary cutting performance in an exclusive premium folding knife for collectors and serious EDC enthusiasts. Based on a design by renowned custom knifemaker Kevin Smock, this elite Sprint Run version elevates the Smock platform with advanced materials, refined details, and Spyderco’s unique locking system.

The deeply hollow-ground blade is crafted from CPM REX 121 powder metallurgy steel, delivering an exceptional combination of extreme edge retention, impressive hardness, and outstanding cutting performance. This high-vanadium, cobalt-bearing tool steel was specifically engineered to surpass the capabilities of traditional high-alloy tool steels, offering remarkably long-lasting sharpness and elite wear resistance. The contrasting dual satin finish highlights the blade’s precision machining and premium craftsmanship. Spyderco’s signature opening feature and the integrated flipper tab provide fast and convenient one-handed deployment.

One of the defining features of the Smock is its innovative Button-Release Compression Lock mechanism, which combines secure lockup with exceptionally smooth and easy one-handed operation. For outstanding structural strength with reduced carry weight, the knife features skeletonized stainless steel liners paired with peel-ply-textured G10 handle scales in a distinctive burnt orange color that emphasizes the exclusivity of this Sprint Run edition.

Warning and safety information:
