Thanks to the exceptional sharpness of the Due Cigni steak knife, the meat is cut cleanly and is spared during cutting. The knife glides through the steak so that only a very small amount of meat juice comes out. The almost 11 centimetre long blade is made of X50CrMoV15 and the handle is made of noble Bocote Wood.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
