The Hogue X5 is, without a doubt, a true eye catcher. In both sizes, the futuristic shape of the aluminum handle offers perfect ergonomics and a secure grip. The flipper blade is made from powder metallurgical CPM-154 and secured with a push button and additional safety catch. An all-rounder that won't let you down under any circumstances. With a reversible deep carry clip (tip-up/l-r) and lanyard hole. The blade has a stonewash finish. With aluminum handle in olive green (6061-T6).

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Allen Elishewitz

Knife Maker Allen Elishewitz was born in Texas, has been interested in knives ever since he was very young and has been practicing different martial arts over the past 30 years. These trainings, along with his experiences as a Recon Marine, gave him the perfect background to design both defense and utility knives. He has been making knives since 1988, constantly researching, refining and developing this craft. Allen Elishewitz is a member of the American Knifemakers Guild since 1994, at that time he was the youngest Guild Member.

For many hunters and marksmen, the American family owned company Hogue is probably a household name. The company, which was founded in 1968 and is now managed by the third generation, has made an excellent name for itself with its handles for pistols and revolvers, which are used by numerous gunmen to equip their weapons. And so the experience gained by Hogue in terms of ergonomics and hand position has also been fully incorporated into the knives.
