The classic 913-3AC multi-purpose pocket knife from Mercury features a rust resistant 420 stainless steel blade, a screwdriver with integrated cap lifter and a corkscrew. To save weight, the plates are made of lightweight but high-strength aluminium. Stag is used for the handle. The Slipjoint knife does not have a mechanical locking mechanism, instead the blade is held in open position by a spring attached to the end of the blade back. If the blade is to be closed again, some pressure must be exerted on the back of the blade to overcome the resistance of the spring. With safety lanyard hole and key ring.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Mercury

The Maniago-based knife manufacturer Mercury can look back on more than 60 years of tradition. Although the Mercury brand name was not established until 1984, the first pocket knives were manufactured by the founder Attilio Del Ben back in 1946. With a lot of experience in the field of hunting and sports knives, Mercury is still one of the most renowned manufacturers in this sector today. With its high-quality workmanship and especially with the lovingly crafted stag, Mercury offers an attractive selection of multifunctional hunting and everyday knives, which also convince with their excellent price-performance ratio.
