Wicked Edge was founded in 2007 by Clay Allison with the explicit goal of developing the best knife sharpeners. The system allows precise and repeatable sharpening through a clamping device that holds the knife, as well as arms with sharpening elements that provide exact angle control. This design enables both sides of the blade to be sharpened simultaneously with diamond sharpening stones, delivering consistent results without guesswork. Over the years, Wicked Edge has released various models, including the Generation 4 Pro, which features improved DualCam Vise clamping systems and enhanced guide mechanisms. For added flexibility, there is also the portable Wicked Edge Venture, designed for efficient sharpening on the go.
