Wannna drop a huge shout out and thanks to Lynsey here at Böker’s Denver office. I was recently refreshing an older Solingen made Walter Brend Combat Folder and was having a difficult time locating the 9mm tree badge the folder was missing. While able to find one in Germany, the shipping wasn’t going to be breezy so I chanced using the contact page for the Denver office with what I was looking for even thought it wasn’t listed in their stock. Within an hour I received an email from Lynsey that she had tracked one down and would get it to me. This was a Friday afternoon and I had it by Tuesday. I was high level recruiter for lots of the companies we interact with daily and this type of customer is exactly what every business owner should be striving for. There are so many wonderful product chooses available to us as consumers, it’s the people you employ that keep us coming back. Thanks again Lynsey and Böker for blowing my expectations out of the water. Imma pop in one day with donuts!
