Fillet knife with 9 inch blade made of 420J2 high carbon stainless steel. First-class workmanship and performance, making it the first choice for chefs, anglers and outdoor enthusiasts. Non-slip handles and Kershaw's famous razor sharpness facilitate precise filleting of fish, even in wet conditions. Supplied with custom-fit plastic sheath.

Warning and safety information:
