Eggen

Eggen has a beautiful handle, crafted out of curly birch, sanded and polished to a satin finish. The well-shaped handle finishes off towards the blade with a well-proportioned finger guard for safety. Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
