By now, Jesper Voxnæs has earned his place in the inner circle of our designers. Jesper's versatility is readily apparent from outdoor applications to the kitchen. His talent for designing kitchen and outdoor knives is combined in the Field Butcher, whose blade shape is mildly reminiscent of a Santoku, but whose configuration meets all requirements of an outdoor camp knife. The 4 mm thick N690 blade is not only suited for preparing meals but also does not shy away from tougher jobs. The ergonomically contoured mircata handle scales are based on the Saga chef's knife series, which has earned high praise for its outstanding handling, but are made of brushed canvas mircata in this case. The stonewash finished blade is as much as in the spirit of the outdoors as the second eyelet on the tang, the impact element on the pommel, or the premium, black leather sheath. A new type of outdoor knife that will make many friends due to its versatility.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
