Do you have questions about an invoice, have a problem with a bank transfer or would like to redeem a credit note? You are welcome to use this form for inquiries about invoices & payment.

When you place your order, you will be shown the possible payment methods for this order during checkout. Payment on account or by SEPA direct debit is only possible for domestic orders, existing customers and up to an order value of 500,- Euro. An automatic credit check is carried out during the ordering process. If this is negative, payment by invoice or SEPA direct debit is not possible.

We try to process your enquiries as quickly as possible, as a rule you will receive feedback within one to two working days (Monday to Friday). Your request will be processed during our business hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm).
