The great popularity of the Kwaiken by Lucas Burnley resulted in last year's cooperation with the renowned automatic knife specialist Pro-Tech in California, whose knives our customers have appreciated for many years. The result of this close cooperation was the Kwaiken Automatic, built in the US by Pro-Tech. The model was a great success in the US. Of course, we felt that it was our duty to create a version of this fan favorite that could be sold in Germany.

The Kwaiken Compact Auto is a slightly sturdier version, a little shorter overall but with almost the same size handle, which makes it look a touch more robust. The model retains every bit of the clean and elegant character of the Kwaiken. So, the Boker Plus Kwaiken Compact Auto is a wonderful addition to the successful series, a favorite with collectors as well as users and fans of elegant pocketknives. With a black aluminum handle and a 154CM blade with a black DLC coating. With a clip (tip-up/r).

We have teamed up with American switchblade specialist Hogue to create this automatic knife.

Gutes Pro-Tech Auto

Pro-Tech ist der Hersteller, Action ist protech-typisch richtig satt. Gerade bei diesem glatten Burnley Design muss man richtig gut festhalten. Ich bin kein ganz großer Fan der mattschwarzen Beschichtung. Das ist aber persönlicher Geschmack. Gemacht ist die tadellos. Kwaikenform und Pushbutton Auto sind die perfekte Kombi. Mein Modell funktioniert einwandfrei. Deutschland legal zu besitzen durch kompaktere Klingenlänge ist das ein tolles Messer für Interessierte, vor allem zu dem aktuellen Schnapperpreis im Ausverkauf für die All Black Version.

Lucas Burnley

Lucas Burnley from Oregon has been a full-time custom knifemaker and designer since 2003. His distinctive knives blend clean, modern lines with tactical origins - a style Lucas identifies as Post-Tactical. His designs for fixed blades and pocket knives are both playful and sophisticated and often incorporate subtle neo-Japanese elements. Boker Plus knives are innovative in terms of function and design, as well as guaranteed for everyday use. Conception, design and construction are carried out in Solingen, and production takes place in Europe, the USA and Asia.
