The TOPS Papa Delta was developed by Leo Espinoza in collaboration with a retired police and intelligence officer. As a tactical neck knife, it depends above all on discreet carrying. For this reason, it is thin, skeletonized, and unobtrusive in every way. The "incomplete" finger hole is intentionally not closed, so that the knife can be released more easily than with a normal Karambit with closed ring. The 1095 blade, honed on both sides, is covered by a bronze Cerakote finish, giving the fixed blade a special look. Thanks to the included Kydex sheath, the Papa Delta is ideal to wear around the neck.

Their knives are tools, designed and built using the extensive knowledge and real life experiences of many Operators with backgrounds in Military, Law Enforcement, outdoor professions, and Martial Arts. Each model is going to be field tested for six month, before it becomes part of the TOPS line up.

All knives are 1095 High Carbon steel with a special Traction Coating, to prevent the blade from corroding even after a seven day being in salt fog. Because of their strength and reliability many different armed forces appreciate TOPS knives for their missions. Every model is made in the US.
