The scales on the Böker Pen Knife Classic are made from local bog oak, a material whose old growth appeal has given this special handle material its enduring popularity. In combination with the shimmering polish of the nickel silver bolsters, it most appropriately embodies the essence of this series. The diminutive Pen Knife was classically used to sharpen quills or later for pencils. Chad Nichols shaped the blade from hand-forged, stainless Damascus in the Ripple pattern. The knife is limited to 500 copies world-wide. Ich habe mir dieses Messer gekauft weil ich was kleines gebraucht habe, was jederzeit griffbereit ist, falls man es braucht. Es begleitet mich überallhin und ist schon oft für Kleinigkeiten zum Einsatz gekommen. Ich wüsste wirklich nicht was ich machen würde, wenn ich es nicht mehr hätte. Außerdem überzeugt mich die Optik auch sehr. Es ist meiner Meinung nach ein sehr edles und schönes Messer. Alles ist sehr gut verarbeitet und super scharf!
