The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener is a manual knife sharpener with an adjustable angle and three different grits for highly precise sharpening results. The sharpening angle can be easily adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1° increments, allowing you to sharpen any knife to perfection. The Tri-Brasive sharpening stone features diamond plates with 320 and 600 grits for fast sharpening, as well as a ceramic stone for fine honing. The innovative clamping system quickly and securely holds the knife in place. The housing provides a stable, sturdy base for sharpening on a table or kitchen countertop.
