The Spyderco Sage 5 Salt MagnaCut Yellow & Black G10 combines advanced blade steel technology, outstanding ergonomics, and extreme corrosion resistance in a premium folding knife designed for outdoor, marine, and everyday carry use. This Salt Series version of the highly respected Sage 5 is purpose-built for demanding wet and corrosive environments while maintaining the refined cutting performance and handling characteristics the Sage platform is known for. The bold yellow and black handle pattern also enhances visibility around water and outdoor environments.

The satin-finished full-flat-ground blade is crafted from CPM MagnaCut particle metallurgy steel, delivering an exceptional balance of extreme corrosion resistance, toughness, and edge retention. Designed specifically to outperform conventional stainless steels in wet and saltwater conditions, MagnaCut provides elite cutting performance for outdoor adventures, water sports, EDC tasks, and professional applications. The efficient blade geometry ensures excellent slicing capability, while Spyderco’s signature opening feature enables fast and controlled ambidextrous one-handed operation.

For excellent strength while maintaining lightweight carry, the Sage 5 Salt features nested, skeletonized stainless steel liners within an open-backed handle construction that also simplifies cleaning and maintenance. Spyderco’s trusted Compression Lock mechanism provides secure lockup and smooth handling. The textured G10 handle scales feature the signature Caribbean Bi-Directional Texture pattern, ensuring exceptional grip even with wet hands. The layered yellow and black construction further improves visibility in aquatic and low-visibility environments.

A reversible deep-carry wire clip supports left- or right-side tip-up carry for discreet and comfortable everyday carry options.
