If you have neither the name nor the item number of your knife, you can determine the item number using our catalog or the search function in our shop. Within the search you can filter by knife type, brand, colour and many other criteria. Should you still not find what you are looking for, please send us a photo of the front side of the complete knife in open condition, including your full name and address, by email to info@boker.de
We will try to process your request as soon as possible, you will usually receive a reply within one to two working days (Monday to Friday). Your request will be processed during our business hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm).
