The history of the Boker Manufactory began in 1869 with the Boker sports knife, an ancestor of all modern multifunctional pocketknives. After almost 150 years of successful model history, it was time to take this traditional concept into the present. The modernized version is based on solid steel plates, which makes the knife extremely sturdy. Handle scales of premium zebrawood turn the rather technical Boker Plus Tech Tool into an elegant gentleman's knife. The light-colored wood has a clear, elongated pattern and is perfect to be tucked into a suit pocket. It is equipped with a large blade (12C27) and the following tools (4Cr13): glass breaker, large screwdriver with bottle opener and wire bender/stripper, small serrated blade with screwdriver tip, foldout lanyard hole, corkscrew.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Wunderbare Haptik

Das Zebrano-Holz ist hier etwas heller als auf dem Bild und schön gemasert. Die Oberfläche ist etwas rau und dadurch angenehm griffig. Dabei ist das Holz hart und reibt nicht ab. Mal eine großartige Alternative zu glattem Olivenholz.
