Since 31st October 2024, there has been a general ban on the handling and possession of switchblade knives of all kinds in Germany. They are now prohibited objects and the possession thereof is a criminal offence. The possession of certain switchblade knives is prohibited in accordance with Annex 2 to the German Weapons law, Section 1, Number 1.4.1, and only permitted to persons who have a legitimate interest necessitating one-handed use (such as due to the loss of an arm or a missing or dysfunctional hand), or use them in connection with professional activities (e.g. hunting, crafts) or sports (e.g. sailing or mountaineering). The same applies to commercial dealers or manufacturers of such knives. Consequently,the sale is limited only to authorized individuals. Please verify before placing an order whether you possess such a legitimate interest.

The officially licensed USMC Tanto Maximum pocket knife has the characteristic handle that has been associated with the Marines for decades. The sturdy sand-brown TPR handle is incredibly grippy in any weather and environment thanks to its strong texturing and features a glass breaker at the end of the handle. The tanto-style stainless steel blade has a black, non-reflective finish and a decorative fuller. The pocket knife opens spring-assisted via the flipper, while the liner lock takes over the locking function.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
