The paired grain sizes of the premium Asian combination water stone are each designed for rough and finish sharpening and ensure the best possible results. The mildly oversized width provides plenty of working surface and high grinding performance. The 3000/8000 grain size gives extremely demanding knife enthusiasts two finish levels with maximum precision for an extremely smooth and closed edge. Dimensions: 18 cm x 6 cm x 3 cm.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
