The robust Boker Plus Yokai convinces as a reliable combat knife with an aggressive Tanto blade and a non-slip handle. The tactical pocket knife was designed by Alessandra De Santis aka Hydra Design, a division of Hydra Armaments which is a family-owned company from northern Italy specializing in weapon accessories and tactical equipment. The experienced knife enthusiast, has been collecting, testing and comparing countless knives since the age of 14 and is the author of numerous reports and articles published in a wide variety of trade magazines. As an industrial chemist by profession, she can draw on a wide range of expertise in steels and materials. She is also a firearms enthusiast and a Filipino Martial Arts practitioner.

Her modern designs combine her experience from all these fields and make the Yokai an absolutely exceptional knife. The modified Tanto blade made of D2 has a resistant black coating, is opened by a flipper and is reliably secured by a sturdy linerlock. The handle scales, textured in a modern honeycomb pattern, fit perfectly in the hand even in bad weather, and the ribbed thumb ramp and ergonomic index finger recess provide additional grip. The red aluminum spacer provides a colourful accent. With lanyard hole, glass breaker and practical clip (tip-up/r). Supplied in a high-quality nylon case for storage.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
