The modern Boker Plus Jive by Brian Efros scores as a high-quality EDC supplied with clear lines and an extremely ergonomic design. The full-time American knifemaker from Colorado has been designing and producing his own knives since 2008 and is now known far beyond the country's borders for his innovative folders. Full order books, perfect workmanship and individual implementation mean that his handcrafted pieces fetch top prices internationally. The Jive is provided with a satin-finished clippoint blade made of D2, which is opened by a detachable thumb stud and locked by a reinforced framelock. The distinctive ricasso and the decorative milling on the handle scales made of matt titanium set visual accents. Supplied with a practical titanium clip (tip-up/r) and a high-quality nylon case for storage.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Brian Efros

Having grown up in the heavily industrialized Midwest of the USA, Brian Efros knew early on that high quality was always preceded by hard work. However, this also sharpened his sense for high-quality tools and well thought-out equipment. So he later started making knives himself; but initially only for his outdoor enthusiast friends. Since 2008, Brian Efros has made a name for himself as a specialist for fixed knives and since 2016 has increasingly dedicated himself to folding knives. His works are created completely by hand and are designed for uncompromising performance and long durability. So it was only a matter of time that the likeable knifemaker aroused the desires of major knife manufacturers worldwide for joint projects.

In close cooperation with renowned international designers we develop and test modern utility knives and gentleman pocket knives with a stylish appearance as well as functional tactical knives for the professional user. Boker Plus knives are innovative in terms of function and design, as well as guaranteed for everyday use. Conception, design and construction are carried out in Solingen, and production takes place in Europe, the USA and Asia.
