The FKMD Sputnik series shines above all with particularly high utility value and an extremely safe hand position. The black TPR handle material makes the full-grown Sputnik 13 very comfortable and safe to handle even in wet or cold conditions, to which the numerous troughs and grooves contribute their part. The small integrated parry element carries an eyelet as does the glass breaker in the end of the handle, which allows the fixed knife to be tied to a stick, for example. The satin-finished blade made of N690 with its exceptional thickness of 5mm is optimally dimensioned to combine cutting potential and stability. The ricasso and the hollow groove of the drop-point blade emphasize the tactical character of the utility knife. The extremely functional symmetrical sheath is made of GRP and sits in a Molle-compatible nylon holder with belt loop and detachable leg straps.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
